Slim's Tex Mex was the starving brainchild of Anthony Ejarque. Anthony is a true entrepreneur with a flair for setting the tone and menu so that people can sit down and enjoy their authentic Tex-Mex cuisine in an atmosphere reminiscent of south of the border cantinas.
He's designed the upstairs for those looking for a little entertainment with their frozen margaritas, perhaps a snack or two on Friday and Saturday nights.
The outside deck will be opened from late Spring until Fall.
